WP8 – Dissemination towards the stakeholders

Work Package objectives

• Structuration and dissemination of the information inside the project
• Dissemination of the results towards the EC and the Advisory Board
• Dissemination of the information towards the main stakeholders (TSO, DSO, National authorities and Generation companies) through external workshops at the end of the projects
• Preparation and management of the final conference presented to the main stakeholders

Description of work
The Work Package is divided into the following tasks:

• Task 8.1: Three months internal meetings of the Consortium
  
  
• Task 8.2: Workshop for the central electricity production players (to be held between October 2006 and March 2007)
  
  
• Task 8.3: Workshop for the DSO players (to be held between October 2006 and March 2007)
  
  
• Task 8.4: Workshop for the National Authorities (including regulatory bodies) (to be held between October 2006 and March 2007)
  
  
• Task 8.5: Workshop for the TSO players (to be held between October 2006 and March 2007)
  
  
• Task 8.6: Workshop for the Research performers (including manufacturers) (to be held between October 2006 and March 2007)
  
  
• Task 8.7: Final dissemination conference: This conference will be held around mid 2007. It will be a public one day event allowing all the stakeholders to give their opinion about the proposed roadmaps.
