WP7 – Proposal for an independent permanent

 Work Package objectives
To propose scenario’s for an RTD independent permanent European research
organization for electricity transmission networks together with their
funding mechanisms to support the coordinated part of the work at a European
level, in coherence with RTD funded at National level.
Description
of work
On the basis of the RTD strategy defined in WP6, the purpose
of this work package is to analyze the funding requirements
and the organizational scenarios that best support the roadmap RTD
implementation.
The Work Package is divided into the following tasks:
- Task 7.1: First appraisal of cash flow requirements
at national and EU level
- Task 7.2: Organization options and exploitation rules
- Task 7.3: Impact on the balance sheet and income structure
of the TSO ’s
- Task 7.4: Final proposal for an independent permanent
European research organization for electricity transmission networks
